She says “Even if I'm taking a phone or video call, I'm dressed as I would be in a face-to-face meeting. It puts me in a professional mindset.”

She added that even a packed schedule doesn't validate the laziness of leggings. “If you're busy, you have to be ready for any situation.” Including a more dressed-up affair that bears no resemblance to an aerobics class.

The choice is yours we say. How you choose to wear your leggings is up to you. If you feel comfortable wearing it to the gym, or during a casual evening out with friends or at home. We say wear them with style ladies.
